Pangea Hatch is a premium clay incubation medium for reptile eggs. This simple-to-use substrate is the preferred medium for incubation for many breeders. Pangea Reptile is proud to hatch our geckos on this wonderful product.
Pangea Hatch clay substrate is highly porous and holds many times its weight in water. It does not break down, compact, or float. Its color changes based on moisture level so you can easily monitor it and add water as necessary. Hatch can be reused indefinitely by cooking or boiling to sterilize. An inert, neutral 100% natural mineral blend, this product lasts year after year without breaking down. Each particle contains thousands of internal and external pore spaces.
Pangea Hatch is best used with Pangea Egg Organizers for incubating New Caledonian geckos like Crested Geckos and more!
Create small divots the size of your eggs in the Pangea Hatch
Gently place eggs in individual divots
Monitor moisture levels during incubation using the color of the Pangea Hatch
Gently add water to the substrate as needed
Do not apply water directly to the eggs
Sanitize and reuse again and again
Cook or boil Pangea Hatch to sterilize
